You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Easy Returns

To initiate a return, email us at info@dstrsd.media with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within one business day.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are excluded from our return policy: items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery; digital products and downloadable content; personalised or custom-made items; and items returned after the 14-day window. If you believe your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Standard delivery within Belgium takes 2–4 business days. European orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. If you have not received this email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned under our 14-day return policy.

Yes. At checkout you can add a personalised gift message free of charge. Premium gift wrapping is available as an add-on for a small fee. If you are ordering a gift and would like special handling, please mention it in the order notes or contact us directly.
